We ship within the Continental US and Canada. Expedited shipping is not available to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
Standard shipping is from 5-7 business days. We try our best to ship your order as quickly as possible so that you can receive your order faster!
Most orders ship the next business day. We are closed on most holidays.
Free shipping is with USPS delivery. Standard shipping is with United States Postal Service or UPS. We may also at our own discretion use any type of delivery service that is the best for your location. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost.
You can view the status of your order by logging into your account and looking up for your order. If you signed up for messaging service, you will also receive notifications by SMS text messaging. Additional fees may apply.
Once your order has been placed, you cannot change the shipping address. Please contact customer service at tapenewera@gmail.com. Our customer service team will do their best to stop the order, however, this is not guaranteed.
